Images to support my claim for damages to my 2011 Nissan Versa Hatchback

On August 10, 2018 at 1:30 PM we pulled onto Beef Bend Road from Westminster Drive and proceeded toward Tigard for some shopping in the normal driving lane. We were passing a postal delivery truck that had pulled off the road up to the mailbox at 14010 Beef Bend Road to deliver the mail and just as we were beside him, he abruptly pulled out onto the road and collided with our vehicle.

In speaking with the driver, he claimed he was stationary and my vehicle struck him, but from the images below it is clear that the damage to my vehicle shows the only point of contact was from the front left corner of his bumper and no other damage was done to the postal truck or my vehicle from the passenger door forward.

Below is the mailbox and from the shrubs you can see he would have had to angle his truck to the right in order to get close enough to the box to deliver the mail and pull back onto the road when finished. This would shield the front bumper with the body of the truck, so if I sideswiped the truck I would have damaged the sides of both vehicles instead of just scraping against the corner of the bumper.
